End-user license agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the GlintGG mobile application. It applies together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

License

GlintGG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the GlintGG app for personal, non-commercial collection management and related beta testing.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass access controls, misuse APIs, interfere with the service, or use the app in violation of law, third-party rights, marketplace rules, or platform terms.

Beta software

The app is in beta. Features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed without notice. You should keep your own records for important collection, pricing, sale, purchase, tax, grading, or submission information.

Third-party services and content

The app may rely on third-party services for authentication, billing, analytics, notifications, cloud hosting, marketplace data, AI grading, and external links. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Market and grading outputs

Price, portfolio, expected value, market-signal, and AI grading outputs are estimates for informational use only. They are not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, appraisal, professional grading, authentication, or guarantees of marketplace or grading outcomes.

Ownership

GlintGG and its licensors retain all rights in the app and service. Third-party card names, artwork, game marks, marketplace marks, and grading-company marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license or account access if you violate this EULA, the Terms, law, platform requirements, or safety rules. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through the app or website.
