Terms of service

By accessing the GlintGG website, mobile app, beta program, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GlintGG.

Use of the service

You are responsible for your account, the data you submit, and your use of GlintGG. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse engineer restricted services, violate law, infringe rights, or use GlintGG to harass, abuse, defraud, or harm others.

GlintGG is in beta. Features, pricing, availability, limits, outputs, and data may change as we test and improve the product.

Accounts, Social, and user content

You are responsible for content you post or share, including profile information, posts, replies, media, public share links, binder shares, pack-opening shares, and set-progress shares. You grant GlintGG a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the service and the audience settings you choose.

We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if content or behavior violates these terms, community standards, law, safety requirements, intellectual property rights, or platform rules.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through in-app subscriptions, trials, or other purchase flows. App Store and Google Play billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules apply to purchases made through those stores. GlintGG may change plan names, included features, pricing, trials, or availability before launch or between beta builds.

Affiliate and marketplace links

GlintGG may show links to third-party marketplaces such as TCGplayer, eBay, Cardmarket, or other vendors. Some links may be affiliate links, and GlintGG may earn a commission if you purchase through them. Marketplace listings, transactions, shipping, returns, taxes, seller conduct, and product condition are controlled by the third-party marketplace or seller, not GlintGG.

Market data and financial disclaimers

Prices, portfolio values, expected value, graded premiums, market signals, indexes, P&L, alerts, and analytics are estimates for informational use only. They may be delayed, incomplete, modeled, sourced from third parties, or wrong. GlintGG does not provide financial, investment, tax, appraisal, or resale advice.

AI grading disclaimers

AI grading outputs are estimates and are not professional grading, authentication, appraisal, preservation advice, or a guarantee of any grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, AGS, or any other grading company. You are responsible for deciding whether to submit cards to third-party graders.

Intellectual property

GlintGG, LLC and the GlintGG name, logo, software, design, and services are owned by GlintGG or its licensors. Trading card names, set names, game names, logos, artwork, images, marketplace names, grading-company names, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

GlintGG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Pokemon, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, TCGplayer, eBay, Cardmarket, PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, AGS, or other third-party rights holders unless expressly stated.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content on GlintGG infringes your rights, contact contact@glint.gg with the content URL or identifier, a description of the work, your contact information, and enough detail for us to investigate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GlintGG is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlintGG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses, collection value changes, or marketplace transactions.
